- 2. Professional Setup: NW Golf Experience provides full equipment, professional setup/teardown, and on-site operators for safety.
- 3. Release of Liability: Participant releases NW Golf Experience from any claims or causes of action arising from the event.
- 4. Equipment Usage: Participants agree to follow operator instructions. Participants are liable for reckless damage to simulator property.
- 5. Legal Capacity: Signing this confirms you are of legal age or the guardian of a minor participant.
